The link in my study invitation doesn’t work, what do I do?

If you are having difficulties accessing a study we recommend you to clear the cache of your browser and/or use a different browser and then try to enter it again.

If you continue experiencing issues when trying to access the study, please contact us via Help Centre so the issue can be escalated further. Providing also a screenshot and/or description of the error message received would help in resolving the issue.

Please note that study links become inactive when studies are closed.
