I cannot access my Digital Wallet account, what should I do?

Usually the password needed to redeem your prepaid card token is different than the password you use when logging into your All Global Circle account. Please click on "Forgot your password" to recover your password.

Please note: For security reasons, if you enter the wrong password 3 times, the system will automatically lock your Digital Wallet account.
