I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email providing information about your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for electronic awards (e-certificates and vouchers) to be delivered, and 4-6 weeks for physical Items to be received via postal services.

If you have not received your order after the suggested delivery time, please contact us via Help Centre and include information about your order: order number, order item and/or the date when you placed the order.

You may also check the status of your order within your All Global Circle account by following the instructions below.

Login to your All Global Circle account
Click on REWARDS
Click on REDEEM
Click on MY ACCOUNT
Click on the order number and check the status of your order

If the order status is completed, any electronic awards can be resent to your email address by following the instructions below:

Click on the order number associated with the electronic award
Click RESEND
The e-certificate will be resent to your email inbox immediately.
